Sailor Mini Moon is Rini Shields/ChibiUsa Chiba, the daughter of Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask! She is absolutely adorable, with big anime eyes, tinted with many different shades of red! Her baby pink hair is parted and styled in odango style with thick pigtails and cones hair!

Sailor Mini Moon wears her baby pink and shimmery white lycra Sailor uniform with red satin bows and real pleats! She even carries her Luna P!! Her boots are pink knee boots with white tops!!
